20FEB26 – Pretty Awesome Day

The past 24 hours was pretty awesome in regards to keeping to my plan. I woke up and immediately did a high intensity heart racing workout for 30 minutes. Included pushups, medicine ball work, and kettlebells. I meditated like I’ve done for 120 days straight, every morning for 30 minutes. I then picked up the mighty pen and journaled for another 30 minutes or so. I then spent 30 minutes setting up my trading strategies, watchlists, and platform so I’m prepared for day trading. It’s now 530 am. I worked all day and when in the afternoon I pulled on 11,335 lbs. of heavy weight for an hour. Then walked on a walking pad at 3.8 kph for 1.5 hours while I took online training for day trading. I then ate a high protein dense dinner; yum yum. Then before bed I spent 20 minutes writing the next NY Best Seller novel and did my before bed Mantra review. That’s a full day of building and keeping growth supporting habits. In the words of Ice Cube, “Today Was A Good Day”.
