#334-2026 Mar 26 – Creative Balance Lotus’

Home day and it’s beautiful out.  The DC today was all about tapping in to your  creative side and being creative increases your quality of life.  The practice gets you in to the flow and then from there works to tap you in to the confidence to being creative in whatever outlet you want.  Picasso said “all children are artists.  The challenge is to stay one when you grow up”.  The DT today was about how balance is not achievable but balancing is.  The process is the target because a perfect outcome is unattainable.  Life is full of small adjustments of balancing and moving forward.  This practice helps you accept what is here now and gives you a space to help you find the balance between all things you feel out of levels with.  The DJ was all about “No Mud, No Lotus”.  One of my favorite quotes.  This practice lets you know that you need to go through the mud in order to find the beauty in your life.  Easy growth isn’t growth at all.
