SIT #308-2026 Feb 28 – Humility Hits Hard with Sunshine

A beautiful quiet Saturday morning. Today the DC was about the acceptance of humility. This practice allows for you to observe your own humility and accepting it with resulting growth to follow. We must practice humility in order to move forward and grow. This is an excellent meditation that strengthens your current awareness of the moment and gives you space from humility allowing to deal with it without reactionary actions. Today the DT was about knuckling up and being hard in this hard life. The practice helps you soften that position and allows you to be flexible and in the flow instead of being rigid and stiff when faced with hard life issues. You become rooted in the now which keeps you from being reactionary but the practice also allows you to be flexible above the root which gives you options on accepting the situation and dealing with it from a distance. The DJ today wa all about your circadian rhythm and how the sunlight has proven to help your body and mind rhythmically sync to allow for better sleep and flow. I have always known this; however in my life I am typically up before the sun so adjustments would have to be made. However, the practice is always a good reminder that we are all connected to nature and the rhythm of the universe.
