SIT #328-2026 Mar 20 – Layer Your Relief

The sleep was a gooder and today I feel revved up and ready to go. The DC today was all about using practice as a base for renewal. This practice gets you in to the flow and from there it helps calm everything down and review the things that can be renewed in the spirit of springtime coming. Letting go of the things that do not serve you and bringing in the things that do. Like a refresher course through meditation. The DJ today was all about how stress seems to land on us in layers. Where we work through practice and find some stress and then let it go, thinking to ourselves that we are now clear of stress. But some time goes by and then all of a sudden you find some more, so you let it go. Then some time goes by and you find another layer. Going deeper and deeper through practice. This sit allows you to find those layers or pockets of stress and melt them away. The DJ was about screen time and our over indulgence and or dependence on screen time. It’s something we could all use a little less of and this practice helps you realize all the things you can do without it.
