Another home day.  Sleep was good but didn’t record as a great sleep.  Today the DC was about Karma.  Something we last spoke about in the sit on #85-2025 Mar 1It’s the practice of taking the awareness of our actions and other peoples action under the idea that we have a universal bank and that our good deeds add to the bank and bad deeds take away.  I’m not sure I agree with that idea but I do think that bad deeds do drain you of your vibe.  I think when your vibe is reduced then bad things can happen to you.  With a low vibe you are slow, tired, frustrated, angry, etc.  All things that tend to bring more of it.  This practice helps you with your mind set and awareness of your own and other peoples vibe.  The DT today was all about sympathy and how showing that at a real level can help others and even yourself.  This practice shares sympathy to yourself and allowing yourself to accept that is, is and you love yourself no matter what.  Being aware of others and their struggles is sympathy at it’s core.  The DJ today was all about your body budget.  A budget that gets depleted when you strain it and increase it when you practice self care, like meditation.  This I believe whole heartedly.  This practice helps you scan your body and see where it’s at and then accepting that and looking to see where you can improve.  Being aware of what everything is now and accepting it is a baseline for self care and a avenue to increase that body battery.
