SIT #322-2026 Mar 14 – Present in Wrong

The days are rolling along. Today the DC was about accepting being wrong. Some people have an issue with accepting this, because some people associate being wrong with being weak or perhaps having a fault. This rarely is the case – it’s exactly what it is; you are wrong. Seems simple. However it happens, it’s part of being human. In this sit, we set ourselves away from the situation which takes any reactionary efforts out of play. We look at how we are wrong and then work to accept that within ourselves, observing how that feels and then accepting those feelings as what they are. The DT today was all about being in the moment in and off the mat. This was almost the exact same practice as #207-2025 Nov 17. This practice works on getting you in the moment and then acknowledging that you are there. “There you are”. This practice works with your inner monologue and accepting what is happening right now all at once, which results in putting you in the center. The DJ today was all about measuring success and the different ways to look at that. Some people measure success by the money they make or the things they have. Others measure it by the quality of their happiness or maybe the quality of the sleep they get. One way is more quantitative and one is more qualitative. However, both can be true and neither at the same time. This practice shows you some unique ways to look at your happiness and some ways to measure it against success.
