SIT #327-2026 Mar 19 – Pace Your Awareness

Hump day survived. Today the DC was all about growing your awareness through practice. This sit works to get you in the flow and then allows you to become hyper aware of everything that is happening around you, within you, and about you in this very moment. This is a calming practice. The DT today was about pacing yourself. The practice of pace allows you to remove the feeling of anxiousness or panic to get things done. Pace allows you to manage small bits of larger situations with better logic and an accepting approach. It removes the feeling over being overwhelmed. The DJ today was about knowing when to quit and how something that is the best part of growing. This practice puts you in a place to look at things that you might quit from a same space where you can observe without impact or reaction until you get to where you need to in order to choose to quit. It then walks you through ways of quitting that removes the impact to you and others and allows acceptance throughout the process.
