SIT #329-2026 Mar 21 – Sleepy Groggy Failure

I was so tired and sluggish today. I feel asleep in both practices and chose to skip the third. Today the DC was about using practice to see our failures form a distance and accepting them as opportunities rather than weaknesses or setbacks. Practice puts you in the mind-frame of being in a safe place from a distance and allows you to look at things without impact or reactionary actions. The DT today was about how practice can change you off the mat. How the relaxation of the mind allows you to approach so many things from a space where choices can be made with calm logic and acceptance. I liked both of these stis even though I might have napped during them.
