SIT #333-2026 Mar 25 – Forgive the Tangles and Let Go

Another office day. Up early and at em right away. The DC today was about forgiving yourself and avoiding that broken feeling. This sit helps you get deep in to flow where you mind settles and you can find a safe place from which you can look at the things that make you feel broken. Failures, missteps, trips, falls – all these things happen to us because that is part of life and being human. This practice helps you deal with them and helps to make sure that from them you heal and move on and get to a place of strength and acceptance. The DT today was all about meditation itself. About the tangles your brain finds itself in while in practice. This sit helps you accept those entanglements as part of the process and in accepting them you take away their power and reduce the entanglement itself. It helps you set deeper in to center and become more in to the flow. The DJ today was all about letting go. Letting go of those things in your life that annoy you, bother you, tick you off. The ones that you find yourself thinking about days after it happens. Why would you still think about that person that cut you off in traffic days after? What does that serve? This practice helps you let those things go and free your mind for better things. Free you cortisol levels from their impact.
